Check-list for participants

Before departure  

• Pay tuition fee balance 
• Sign the SSP22 Participant Contract 
• Purchase Health and/or Travel Insurance 
• Apply for a visa (if applicable) 
• Make travel arrangements 
• Fill the SSP online form (picture, biography, travel details, etc.) 

To enter Portugal (and some of the facilities during professional visits): 

• Passport valid through your entire stay in the Schengen Area 
• Visa (if required) 
• Return travel ticket 
• Address of where you will be staying 
• ISU travel letter (it will be sent to you by email a few days before your travel) 

To bring to registration: 

• Your original passport and a paper copy 
• Visa (if applicable) and a paper copy 
• Proof of insurance in English 
• Signed SSP22 Participant Contract (if not already returned by mail)
