The SSP 22 participants will stay at Carcavelos SMART Residence, located in Carcavelos, a very sunny area, with one of Portugal\u2019s best-known surfing beaches, is a very nice place to stay all year round.<\/p>\n

The Smart Studios apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette, close to all kinds of shops, services and transport that will help the participant in their day-to-day life.
Intending to offer a co-living experience, Smart Studios has common areas where
participants will have the opportunity to interact in their free time, offering perfect
conditions for event nights and other social gatherings planned for the SSP22.
The Smart Studios residence has one living room with two cable TVs, with sofas and vending machines, as well as a free wireless Internet network, one study room with a printer (0,10\u20ac for each black and white copy and 0,30\u20ac for each colored copy), two meeting rooms and a rooftop facing the Ocean.<\/p>\n

Important:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span>Smoking is not allowed in the interior common areas and in the apartment. <\/span>
<\/span>It is not permitted to make excessive noise between 10pm and 8am in the residence.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The residence will not have parking spots for personal vehicles. There is free parking in the immediate surroundings of the residence. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The shared laundry room is located on the lower ground floor of the residence. To access the laundry room, you will need to have a mobile key (the same as your room).
There, you will find the washing and drying machines and housekeeping cleaning supplies (such as iron, vacuum cleaner, etc.) to be used by all residents.
The instructions for using the machines are affixed to the wall.
The machines have a cost of 3.50\u20ac to wash and 1.50\u20ac to dry. Please remember that the machines do not give change and payment should be the last step.<\/p>\n

Carcavelos SMART Residence is within walking distance of two train stations (Carcavelos and Oeiras), on the train line that connects Lisbon and Cascais. The train takes 25 minutes to arrive at Cais do Sodr\u00e9, Downtown Lisbon, and around 15 minutes to arrive at Cascais.<\/p>\n
